so when was ur last cleaning professional session?the gums are inflammed coz there are deposits called dental calculus on ur teeth touching the gums.its common in the lower front region coz there's a salivary duct tht opens near there n the calculus forms frm the minerals in saliva.jus get a round of cleaning/scaling/oral prophylaxis done n regular maintenance is a must to prevent it happening again
