How do you use Listerine mouthwash?

well i jus take a sip directly from the bottle, i cant gargle well but manage to sumhw swirl it round my mouth for abt 30 secs then spit - i tend to rinse my tounge a bit too lolz. i luv listerine as it helps by keepin ur teeth cleaner n whiter for longer lolz
