I've actually heard, from my mom, who has gum disease, and really rally realllyyyyyy cared for her teeth a lot. She said that spinny brushes are not good for your teeth and they can make your gums bleed apparently.
Just use like a pulse brush, or a normal brush

I think you just wash your teeth with a regular toothbrush atleast three times a day with crest toothpaste, and you need to floss atleast 2 times a day. That is what i do, and my teeth are perfect and shiny!

I think it's too much. Cut out the regular toothbrush. I was at the dentist just yesterday and he was telling me that brushing too much can actually make your teeth get separated from the gums and cause more problems. If you are worried about bad breath, the mouthwash is more helpful than all that brushing. You also don't mention flossing, which is also important (even though I never remember to do it...)

It is not nessicerially BAD but u dont need all of that cleanning stuff maybe you should brush as many times as you are doing now but only with one tooth brush then u can use mouthwash

Maybe at night u can put the whitening strips sooo u have basically all of them but better for your teeth

Hope i helped

A lot of dentists have had different opinions on wheather or not there is a bad way of brushing your teeth. I brush my teeth with a normal Reach toothbrush and brush side to side for the front & bottom, and vertically for the backs. I've heard people saying that brushing your teeth in a circle is not dangerous for your teeth, but it's just spreading the germs around. But maybe if you brush your teeth well in a circular motion like how you do for 2 minutes, and then use mouthwash, maybe that will take away some of the leftover germs. I have no idea wheather these theories are proven true or not, but it's just what I've heard. I say to continue to do what you're doing because as long as you're brushing&flossing properly, you're doing a good job.

i think its too much witing. stick wiht a spinny brush adn crest paste twice a day.

i'm with mom on this one... i think you are definitely into "overkill" use the spinny brush with a fluoride toothbrush, being sure to use at the gumline and on the inside of your teeth..... recommended time is 2 minutes.... flossing is also a good idea
over use of whitening strips and abrasive toothpastes can make your teeth very sensitive...
