Will he be too young?

I see some kids talking about getting braces on their teeth, but most of them seem to be older than my grandson. I am taking him to the orthodontist next week, but he is only eight. Will he be able to get them? They are making me think he will be to young.

He already had all of the xrays. It's his Dentist that's sending him to the other Doctor.

I know a girl who was 8 almost 9 years old who got braces I'm not sure if all her grown up teeth grew in or not cause when i was in 3rd grade she got them so idk but i wish you're grandson good luck!
