I heard gargling with hydrogen peroxide is good. There's also many remedies throughout the web such as lemon juice and strawberries. Try surfing the net for those. Good luck
If you can't afford bleaching trays and kits, or Crest White strips, then I always suggest Liquid Paper. But I really hope no one thinks I am serious, since it is a joke!
