From what little broken sentence is in there, I think I can make sense of. If you are just being numbed, you might feel some discomfort/pressure and might also hear the tooth cracking into peices. Sometimes they have to do that in order to get it out safely. If you get the IV (intravenous) sedation, then you will feel nothing until a few hours after you wake up. You might start to feel a little sore. Good luck and dont get scared.
