How is my tooth extraction site supposed to look like?!
Question: This is the third day since I had my upper left molar extracted. I havent had any pain since I left the dentists office.Ive taken my pain medication and penicillin as I was advised to. Today when I look at the space where my tooth was I see a hole (which is logical) which had nothing in it but it is white around it a little bit. Does anyone know if this is normal?I dont have any pain I just wanted to know if this is normal.

Perfectly normal, I went to the dentist because I had the same thing... (Good gosh I have a lot on dentist things, refer to other questions i have answered) and he said it was just residue left over and the blood... That "site" as it were is meant to look like that... Same thing here! I thought it weird too, so I went to the dentist and he said that it was just residue. Don't worry, be happy! <3
