The easiest and fastest way to treat it is with salt water. Rinse your mouth a couple of times a day with salt water and it will help heal. You probably cut it on some sort of hard food. Rinse with the salt water it will help with the pain and will help with the healing. Use about a teaspoon of salt to 8 ounces of water and make the water warm so that the salt dissolves.
just leave it, it will heal in about 2 days =].
well put some of those teething gel for toddlers to ease the pain but if you havent got the guts to walk in to the shop and purchase them use bongela gel or good old vaseline.
good luck also try to rinse it with salt and luke warm water to stop it infecting and then add good old vaseline or teething gel or bongela.
