Question:

Has anyone experienced tooth damage that was causing no obvious tooth pain yet adverse affects on the body?

The tooth had an amalgam filling that fell out over time. Last year a piece broke off and now neary half of the tooth is broken off. This caused no obvious affect on wellbeing, until now. I don't trust dentists.

Answers:

You really need to see someone. I don't want to scare you but my great granddad died of jaw cancer and as kids we were led to believe that his dental hygiene was the reason for this.
I hate dentists with a passion and pain to for that matter, but recently had my wisdom teeth pulled in the chair.Much nicer than my first experience.(I'm here to tell you.) The way they do things these days is so different to 20yrs ago.Go see a dentist for your sake and everyone who loves you.
