The dentist will give me local oral surgeon ... which is injection .. is it novacaine or others ..???
after the first injection which is on the left bottom side .. then they give another injection to the left .. will it still feel the pain or lesser because of the first numb ..

It doesn't work that way, each injection is to freeze two different nerves, that's all. If either one were not frozen, you would feel incredible pain from the nerve that was not frozen. The injections themselves these days are painless except for a mild pinch.
