I have a toothache and people are telling me to use clove oil...what is clove oil? and where would i get it?
Answers:
Old-fashioned toothache remedy, used to be called "oil of cloves". A pharmacist might still carry it...comes in a teeny bottle with a dauber thingie built into the lid. Daub it on the aching tooth...theory is that the strong pungent oil soaks into the cavity and deadens the exposed nerves that are causing the pain. Used by millions for yonks, so it probably still works as good as anything else on the shelf!
