I got my wisdom teeth pulled Friday and just today I noticed my tougne is yellow.?

What could cause this?

Were you given anything special to use to rinse with or are you using just the salt water?
There are anti-biotics that can do this.
Are you running a fever? Yellow Coating: Indicates interior and heat syndromes. A light yellow tongue coating is seen in cases of slight fever. A deep yellow color indicates high fever.
