Just got wisdom teeth out. Whats the absolute safest way to smoke?!

Question: I got mine out exactly 50 hours ago. ( 2 days 2 hours) I would really like to have a cigarette but I want to make sure I do it "safely". I haven't had one yet.

I was thinking, to leave my gauze in as I smoke and suck very gently. When I am finished, I will take the gauze out, gargle with salt water, then put in new gauze. Do you think this would be the safest way as opposed to just not having one?

do not make a seal around the cig. leave your mouth slack and inhale. you do not get a good drag, but when you are niccing it iworks, or you could have you friend give you a shotgun

NO! just dont have one... EVER!

The safest way to smoke is to not smoke.

Good time to quit smoking.

There isn't one, smoking kills you so that's about as unsafe as it gets regardless of your teeth.

There is no safe way to smoke.

There is no "safe" way to smoke. The sucking in will encourage dry sockets and the nicotine and other chemicals will cause vasoconstriction and will delay and inhibit proper healing. You are also not supposed to drink using straws because of the sucking.

You need to wait until they are fully healed before you light up. This would be a great time to quit. eh?

What an opportune time to quit smoking!

Not necessarily easy (I quit a 16 year, 2 pack a day habit on January 1, 1989), but you will feel much better in the future if you do quit.

Just drink lots of water and it will flush all those toxins out of your system quicker and the nicotine addiction will dissipate!

To get rid of the smell inside your house, don't use candles. Put white vinegar in small bowls throughout your house and the vinegar absorbs the smell. Wash your clothes and linens and the smell will go away.

When you get a craving, wash something and then drink lots of water. Not only will it help with quitting smoking, but it will help you heal from your surgery.
