baking soda + salt!
I have heard that mixing Baking Soda and Hydrogen peroxide and brushing with that then rinsing with Listerine is a killer technique, but have never actually tried .....
peroxide is a very common and safe tooth whitener.

If you hae had any gum bleed and it got on your theeth and moved you tounge across them you will feel the differance while also seeing. blood also get rid of any nasty bacteria inside your mouth
