It is a very sensitive area and generally it will only last a day or so. There is nothing you can really do about it though. Try not to agitate it by eating or drinking anything hot and should feel better by tomorrow.
Try sucking on ice for a realllllly long time! But itt will go away fast just by itself 2!

drink REALLY cold water. itll give you a brain freeze, but itll feel good
no, i don't think so. unfortunately your sense of taste will be kind of 'off', but it isn't a problem. that happens to me all the time because i'm dumb and sip first, think later. =)
Sorry love this is one area where a bandaid will not work the tounge will repair it self from a scold in a few days at best

Ice would probably be the best for it, it should go away overnight.
