What some things you should not eat while wearing braces?

And by when do you notice you are losing weight. Or did you even lose weight?

Also, if you like can you tell me some top tips on braces. Bc I just got my on this past week. Like things I SHOULD NEVER do etc....

corn gets stuck in your braces, and I always had a problem with sandwiches, the bread would get in my braces.
