Teeth whitening...?!
Question: im getting my braces off on monday after almost two years. i start school on tuesday and i want my teeth to look nice && really white && clean. whats good to whiten teeth? is there anything i can use that will give me results in the first use? i want to try the aquafresh trays but im scared theyll bleach my gums because i have small teeth.

Crest White strips. You'll notice a difference within the first few applications. Don't worry, they don't bleach.
Try going for Premium for faster results.
You may want to check with your dentist on that. Your teeth might be really sensitive after getting the braces off. Alot of the tooth whiteners on the market can increase sensitivity.

Teeth whitening will take off a layer of tooth enamel. Don't do it! Bet you look good without it.
Talk to your dentist. However, no matter what you do, stay away from the Listerine dissolving strips. They gave me chemical burns on my gums. (I'm a Bzz Agent and got them as a trial to critique).
The bleach trays won't do anything to your gums.
You get stronger treatments at a dentist, but the off the shelf stuff work OK.

Well, you can get bleaching kits at the dentist, but they're expensive, and it usually takes more than once to see results.
there r a lot of ways:
1)make strawberry paste and rub
2) Salt rub
3) Baking soda and few drops of lemon juice

aquafresh trays wont bleach your gums, they are designed for teeth. but also crest whitening strips work really well. i use them. and i saw a big difference in the first 2 or 3 days.
"Brite Smile" But it costs $500 per five minute session. They use ultra violet lights, and it is instant.

I would try the Crest Whitestrip Pro. They are supposed to whiten noticably in 3 days. They may make your teeth sensitvie though so might want to get some sensitive toothpast too
slightly scratch your teeth with a piece of coal but don't swallow it.. I use it and it works
