Switch from Pre-med to Pre-dental?!

Question: Are the requirements the same? For example, what if i want to go to med school, but then decide i want to go to dental school? will it make a difference on the MCAT's DAT's?

Also whats the average GPA to make it into dental school? Med school?
What are the required courses to take for pre dental? Pre med?

Also (a little off topic), i am in a soph in high school, if i got a 3.36 GPA fresh year, 4.3 GPA soph year, then worked really hard and got a 4.85GPA junior year, what college do you think i can make it into? Remember i messed up my fresh year.

Also, in my school you can get up to a 5.0 if you take level 1/ AP classes so do tell me its not possible. I also do community service, am in clubs and do 2 sports (volly ball and X-country). But i didnt do anything my fresh man year. Will that effect my chances of getting into college?
THanks for all the help.
