How can you prevent tonsiliths?!

Question: i wash my mouth with listerine daily and i heard that helps but i still get them :(

I get them too.... they are a pain. I was told to gargle with salt water and try to keep your mouth clean often as possible.

ONLY WAY IS TO HAVE TONSILS REMOVED
