Ive just bought some duraphat toothpate from my dentist but i was just wondering which is the best mouthwash to buy?

any mouth wash with flouride in it will do the trick for you. crest has and alcohol free mouthwash if you do not like the burning sensation that listerine gives. you can also use act wich is a flouride mouth wash also. always use a toothpaste that has been ADA approved, same with a mouth wash. the product will always have the blue and white symbol on the packaging somehwere. if you tend to have dry mouth then you should always keep a bottle of water around that has the flouride in it to keep the mouth moist which will keep the acids and bacteria in your mouth neutralized.
