I know the feeling! I love my chewing gum!! Most sugar free gums are dental safe (they have a logo on them) In Australia Extra or Recaldent chewing gum are the ones I recommend to my patients. The action of chewing gum stimulates saliva which washes the teeth. Recaldent has a milk protein and calcium in it which help neutralise acids and protect the teeth! You can always ask your local dentist which he/she recommends because he/she's the one who did your fillings!! Check out the Recaldent site below!
