I prefer medium and I have sensitive teeth. The soft doesn't quite offer the firmness needed to clean away tartar and bad breath.

Oral B, soft or medium. Those are great... clean well and don't hurt you.

A soft bristle brush is best for you.

A soft brush especially because you have sensitive teeth. Just brush longer, not harder.

Crest spin brush pro! They are wonderfull! My teeth fell like i get them cleand at the dentist everytime! Also it is a Medium!

I agree...oral b works the bestest!!!! : ) especially their soft bristle....gr8 4 sensitive teeth.

Soft is usually the best way to go for sensitive teeth. It is especially true for sensitive gum, since that is mostly what the softness is for: to brush the tongue, cheek, gums, etc.

they're all pretty much the same. get a REACH branded one. my dentist gives those to me and they're great.

medium is best.

you got your own answer, really good the soft one baby,

Use one with soft bristles...anything else will damage your teeth over time.

You should get a soft toothbrush. They are easier on your gums and won't brush away your enamel as much if you brush your teeth often or brush your teeth hard.
Hope I helped!

I usually get the soft one but if I couldn't find any, I will just get the medium and dip it in the hot water for about 30 seconds. And I always buy Oral B.

Every dental issue I read says to get a soft brush; medium brush at the most. They says that overbrushing and too much pressure leads to a quicker wearing of the enamel.
You might try a pulse or rotary toothbrush. I have one that has a head that rotates. My dentist says to brush (with a normal brush) in a circle so I feel that this does all that work and much more efficiently.

Definitely the latest Oral B. Soft. Two - 3 minutes brushing with this electric.
Go to www.google and type Oral B in the line that pops up.
And don't do the brushing "back and forth".....let the Oral B do the work for you. Only drawback for ANY electric:- repacement brushes are expensive. Get them cheaper at a Costco or Sam's CLUB. etc.
. You've got the right idea to be concerned about all this.
.

I also have sensitive teeth and my dentist always tells me i'm brushing too hard and scraping my enamel off no matter how hard i try not to, so i got a soft bristled electric toothbrush an ( expensive one, you get what you pay for) and now she says they are already looking better.

I use Oral B Pulsar, which cleans really well, but if you have sensitive teeth, you might want to get something else, but I suggest Oral B still.

senstive teeth need soft tooth brush as well as special tooth paste.. Oral B is a trustable brand but you should also think about the paste, regular and careful brushing following the right brushing technique.. u get it??

you should get one thats a soft toothbrush. You dont want to have to pay more then 5$ for a toothbrush. They have ones that have this grid like thing on the back of the toothbrush for scraping the tongue, they have a different one with these 'fuzzy' like things on the end and its to use against the sides of your mouth to help remove extras that the toothbrush wont get. You might want to get one that has different size bristles on it, they help reach different part of the teeth.

When in doubt, get the blue one!

But in the end, its not the type of toothbrush you get, its the technique you use to brush your teeth. You want to go in a swirling motion for the outsides of the teeth, and use the bristles on the inside of the teeth, start at the bottom and flick the brush upwards. Dont forget to brush your tongue! Almost all bad breath bacterias are on the tongue.

I would get a medium or soft one. Brand doesn't really matter all that much.

This link is to a full range of dental procedures including detailed instructions on brushing (manual and power) and flossing. A soft toothbrush used correctly is the BEST way to brush your teeth - if you have any areas that are hard to access (wisdom teeth) then consider using a power toothbrush as all you have to do with that is hold it against the teeth. If your brush looks as if the bristles have exploded then you are brushing too hard - change to a fingertip grasp or pencil grasp, instead of holding the brush in your fist, to lighten up.

You don't need an expensive brush it is how you use it that really counts. One rule of thumb is that if you don't feel the toothbrush on the gums under the teeth then you won't have cleaned all the plaque off so go back and brush again.
