Brushing your teeth three times a day?!

Brushing your teeth three times a day?

Are you supposed to brush your teeth threetimes a day? I brush mine in the morning, afternoon and evening. My family always gets mad at me when I brush my teeth in the afternoon, they think you are only supposed to brush your teeth when you are going somewhere! We only have one bathroom, so when I go in to brush my teeth in the afternoon, they all wanna go go the bathroom to comb their hair, use the bathroom, take a shower, etc. I usually take an hour to get ready in the morning, and sometimes when I don't get ready and my family and I are going somewhere, they get mad at me for taking so long! I mean I have to use the bathroom, take a shower, brush my teeth, use my cleanser, put my clothes on, put my jewelery on, brush and do my hair, put on my makeup, then put on my shoes and I'm out the door! That all takes an hour for me! Why dont they understand that?

My dentist says I should and I always say my dentist says and they just ignore it!

I disagree with the 3 times a day rule.
I think you can damage your teeth brushing them that much.
The enamel can get thinner and thinner...
