I have this bump behind my lower right tooth, what is it?!

Question: It's not bleeding or leaking anything, but it is sore. There are no color variations. Is my bump a result of the influenza/bronchitis I have or something else? I do not think it is an abcess; I was just at the dentist on the 18th and he said my teeth are fine.

I did switch toothpaste (from plain crest to sensodyne pronamel), would that have anything to do with it?

How old are you? If you are around 16-20 something it could be a wisdom tooth growing out. You have to get them removed quickly if it is wisdom teeth. The bubble could be just irritation from the wisdom tooth.

it may be that your wisdom teeth are starting to come in

It could be a cyst, you may need to get a biopsy. I would recommend you see your dentist.
