What is wrong with me? It's my tooth on the bottom right side. It started of!

Question: but I never got the cavity filled so eventually the tooth broke and now it really hurts. It hurts whenever I put my tongue inside the tooth and press down. My gums surrounding the tooth are really painful to the touch and sometimes i get a small little pimple on on the side right by it. That tooth hurts a lot sometimes but then it goes away....and today i woke up with my neck swollen a little on that same side . My jaw hurts a little bit too. The pain isn't too severe now but I really need to get it checked soon. I let this tooth get this bad because I don't have dental insurance but now I know I can't wait any longer....is it an abscessed tooth? the gums surrounding that tooth are hurting and it hurts to press down on them...

Yes it is an absessed tooth and that infection can spread and will and can also kill you if not taken care of. I suggest you find a clinic or a dentist that will allow you to make payments. You are right in you can't wait any longer. You need antibiotics before they will even touch you. You need to get rid of that infection first and then they will do root canal and depending on how much tooth you have left they may do a crown and build up or they may just pull the tooth and the infection will go away with antibiotics. You do need to do like yesterday. This also affects your vital organs in your body. people don't realize that the health of your teeth is important for the health of the rest of your body.

Definately an abscessed tooth. I had the same problem not long ago and put it off as well. The pain would come for about 3-5 days and then go away and I'd kind of forget about it. As soon as the pain returned I'd regret not getting anything done about it. I ended up getting it pulled. It was on my bottom right and the abscess would drain out of the gum line. Sorry, I know how much it hurts. Try pressing just below your ear on the same side as the tooth, this helped me from time to time. Go to the dentist.

That certainly sounds like an abscess to me. I've had one before and the symptoms were pretty much as you described. Get it taken care of ASAP as it can make you very sick as the infection spreads.

Sounds like an abscessed tooth. Don't wait any longer. You should have had it cared for right away as filling cavities is cheaper than doing root canals. Good luck.

If you can't afford a regular dentist, try a dental school.

Go to a dentist. It will not get better on its own. You can get if severe infection in your whole body from this. You are now going to have to spend more money than you would have if you had it taken care when it was just a cavity. You should be able to work out a payment plan with the dentist.

Get medical attention NOW!!! You have an infection that can spread and has the potential to kill you if not treated. If you can't get an emergency appointment with a dentist today, go to the emergency room right away.

its a dental abscess, at home you need to pop the bubble but do not sallow that junk, rinse your month out with hydrogen peroxide than h20 do this a few times right after you pop the puss bubble, and a few times a day for the next few days

That is a abscess and you really need to get that tooth out and get on antibiotics to help decrease the swelling.
