Is this pain normal with wisdom teeth?!

Is this pain normal with wisdom teeth?

Hello, I have one wisdom tooth coming through. The tooth next to it has started to hurt,it doesnt ache but whenever i put any pressure on it hurts, when i take the pressure off it doesnt hurt, making it very difficult to eat or swallow.....I am waiting to hear back from my dentist but just wondered if anyone has experienced this before?

I have just spoken ot my dentist and he said to wash the area with salt water. If it becomes sensitive tohot or cold then that would be a nerve problem, bu he said it sounds like the gum being irrated by the wisdom tooth...

Just like one of my teeth, the tooth is coming in at an angle and it is causing decay to the surrounding tooth. It will need to be pulled.
