IMPACTED TeeTH EXTRACTiON?!


Question: i just got all 4 of my wisdom teeth surgically removed friday morning. my cheeks are still very swollen and i can't eat. my stitches have been coming out (which is normal) but when i look in my mouth i only see one incision on each cheek. is this normal?

can anyone give me anymore info about the healing process?

Yes, it makes sense to only see one incision on each cheek. Your wisdom teeth are very close to each other and very close to your jaw. It's quite possible that the doctor was able to extract your teeth through the same incision on the top and bottom. To help with the healing process, follow your doctors orders, and rinse your mouth with warm salt water.
