Why would eating soft bread hurt my gums?!

Question: Most likely you have periodontal/gum disease, caused by not having you teeth cleaned. The tartar/calculus has begun to build up beneath the gumlines and has caused gingival inflammation and bone loss. You need to have your teeth cleaned soon before the bone loss gets bad enough that it is not salvageable.
