Anyone have any tips?!
Question: I'm getting my braces off tomorrow after 4 years and I have to have top and bottom retainers. For anyone who has gotten their braces off does it hurt? And for the people with the retainers how long did it take for them to be made and are they uncomfortable? If anyone has any tips that would be great!!

I JUST BARELY GOT MINE OFF, no seriously like 15 minutes ago. I'm not gonna lie it does hurt a bit. My friends all lied to me to make me feel better but I won't do that to you. When they get it with pliers and break the brackets...YOW! that's a pain. and then when they scrape off the super glue that's just annoying and it stings. But once you get past that it's all smooth sailing from there. Good luck! I'm sure you'll luck beautomus with your new teeth!!!
