Since this is in the dental section I can only assume you mean the recession of your gums. As far as I know that's a permanent state, at least that's what my dentist said. If that's the case, I hope you aren't talking about receding gums.
Could you mean a financial recession? If so I'm not aware of any recession except in certain areas of the country. I know Michigan is in a near depression what with the troubles the auto companies are having. (That's according to my mother and sister who live there.) Things are fine here in Nashville.
