Nothing in the stores is better than the solution that you can get from your dentist. Before you start to whiten you should start using some toothpaste for sensitive teeth for about 2 weeks and continue to use it while you are whitening. The solution makes your teeth sensitive so we always tell our patients to do that because it will help your teeth to not be as sensitive.
