Is it posible for other teeth to grow in where wisdom teeth were recently extrac!

Question:

Is it posible for other teeth to grow in where wisdom teeth were recently extracted?

Before I go back to my dentist and he charges me ridiculous fee for check up & xray, I had my upper wisdom teeth extracted in early May. Both sides gum area hurt and feel like new teeth are pushing through. Could there be roots that didn't come out all of the way when teeth were extracted?

I am no dentist, but this does not sound normal. You do not get your wisdom teeth till way after you have all your permanent teeth and no baby teeth are left...No more teeth other than wisdom are expected. So I would say that the pain is highly unlikely that there is a new tooth coming through
However...I do remember many years ago, friends were talking about a relative or somebody...that did have a third set of teeth or tooth...who knows...but this is rare.
If you want to save on money..if you can stand the sensitive gums and pain...give it a while. If it is a new tooth...then it will show itself in due time. However if it is just a sore gum thing...then it will eventually go away.
