It is an abcess. Keep your mouth very clean until it goes aways so that you are not at risk for infection. Call the dentist if you feel any pain.
could be a fever blister or a pimple
Possibly an ulcer, it doesn't sound harmful, so i wouldn't worry, especially if it was a small bump
It might be a little Boo Boo. Swish with Hydrogen Peroxide daily for few days and it will heal.
