Buy Opalescence whitener from Ebay for $20-$25 bucks. Make sure you get one that includes the trays. You'll get 4 syringes of the gel that should last you over 7 months. It is the same stuff that my dentist uses. I use it and it works. My teeth are white and I get comments on my smile all the time.
