His teeth will come when they are ready. You can't force them to come in. Just make sure that he continues to care for his baby teeth the correct way.

They will fall out sooner or later.

my daughter is barely 7 and lost 5 teeth so far, also alot of 1st graders at her school have lost lots of teeth-but I think it depends on the kid- one of the 12 year old students had just lost her last baby tooth a couple weeks ago. Maybe he just has taken really good care of them!

You need to have a dentist take alook at his teeth/gum. If the new teeth grew and the baby teeth still there, it will overcrowds the gum then will cause the teeth crooked and need brace.

There is a lot of normal variation. There is probably no problem, but a couple of x-rays at the dentist will clear up the situation immediately.

why haven't you asked the dentist? schedule an appointment. this could be normal for him.
