What type of toothpaste is your favorite?!
Question: I'm a teenage girl. and since i've been sick my breath hasn't been smelling the best and i really want it to. i brush my teeth twice a day and use mouthwash. i use cresh prohealth. but i kinda wanted something with whitening in it. but idk if that willl ruin my braces.which toothpaste do you recommend?

I use Crest whitening plus Scope extreme. It has 50% more scope than regular, so it's really spicy! I love it:)
For mouthwash, I use Crest Whitening plus Scope.
I am getting braces put on in the summer, so I'm trying to get my teeth whiter before that.
My cousin used white strips and whitening things with braces and when they were removed, there were big yellow spots where the braces had been. Her dentist has since fixed the teeth, but it was expensive. Ask your ortho or dentist about whitening.

I use Crest Prohealth too, and I love it! It does say whitening, but whitening toothpastes don't technically whiten (as in bleach) your teeth. They just remove staining, and can be used with braces. Just don't use anything like Crest Whitestrips, etc, with braces, because that could be a problem.
I like Maximum Teeth Whitening so much. I got my teeth whitened quickly using it. You may try it and you will see that sparkling whiteness.
