Clear Braces..?!
Question: Tomorrow im gettin braces back on for only 2 months..
the first time i had metal and this time im goin to get clear..
my question is about the staining..
i dont drink any soda
[[just water and milk]]
i take great care of my teeth
i dont drink coffee..
do you think i will be ok for the 2 months?
or do you think i will have staining problems?
please answer if you have had or have clear/ceramic braces.

well why only to months , but ya that would ok
I have had clear braces for a little over a year, and have never had a problem with staining. I brush after every meal, and rinse with fluoride when I go to bed and again when I wake in the morning.
if you keep them clean then they will be fine.

honestly i am going to applaud you right now!
from what i see you take great care of your teeth, i had clear braces and i drank soda and coffee and i had o wear them for a year and they didnt stain so u should be fine!!!
