Is it too late to get brace?
I'm 15 years old, gonna be a junior in highschool, and although my teeth aren't horrible, I want braces. Am I too old to be getting them? And how much do you think it would cost? I live in the Twin Cities, Minnesota. Does it hurt painfully and how long would I have to have them?

It's never too late to get braces. I'm a junior too and I still have braces on. It's my second year wearing them too. It costs like $2,000ish? I'm not quite sure. As for the pain, it lasts about a few days to a week. You'll be stuck eating soft foods like soup and ice cream for the first week. I get cuts on the sides at times but just use the wax that they give you. After the first year, you'll get a little antsy in wanting them off, but just be patient, they'll totally be worth it. Some people go through a complete transformation after they get their braces off. Good luck!
