I've used gels in the past with some improvement. But, I wasn't all that impressed.
My dentist carries the Professional Strength Crest Strips at his office. They are about $60. for the box (2 week's worth of strips) and I was told that the end result is just as good as the expensive treatment in the office. It just takes longer.
I've used the Crest Premium strips and have had many people comment on how white my teeth are. I prefer the strips since they hold the gel in place and it isn't washed away by the saliva in my mouth. (I also dry my teeth with a paper towel prior to applying and rinse once per week [no more!] with hydrogen peroxide) Works wonders!

i like the strips better cuz that way i know the gel is on my teeth not washed off by my saliva....i did the $50 one from crest and i loved it... my teeth are really write.
yupyup. also dont put that mr.clean stuff on ur teeth it has a ton of blech in it and can get u really sick
I LOVE Crest Night Effects...I didn't have much luck with the strips. I would just get mad at them and pull them off.
Using Crest Night Effects is as easy as getting ready for bed and going to sleep. Just brush your teeth as you normally would.
I saw a difference within days..... People were always asking if I got them bleached...or saying that I had the whitest teeth they had seen.
I used them for fun, school dances, and my wedding. I always have a box just incase Im wanting them whiter again. They are seriously amazing. Your teeth stay white for a while too!

I used the strips for a while and for the amount of time your suppose to have them in for it really didn't matter what time of day you used them. However if you mean that you wish to use them while you sleep i think that's dangerous-good luck
I actually prefer the Aquafresh Dissolving Strips. I get up and get ready for work, and while I am putting on my makeup after I brush my teeth, I put them on. By the time I am done with my make up, even before I start to conquer my hair, they have dissolved and they really have made an improvement.
i go with the strips as there is more chance of it working.
