Okay to use Act mouthwash After Brushing Teeth?!

Question: Hi, I am curious if its to much for the teeth to brush your teeth at night and in the morning and then use Act Mouthwash directly after brushing. I use a Flouride Toothpaste also.

I takecare of my teeth, and after everytime I eat I rinse out my mouth and get food out, I'm 19 years old no insurance and I keep gertting cavities, this is very frustrating, I almost feel like letting them take their toll and rot the tooth out.

It seems like the more I take care of my teeth, the more cavities I'm getting, My family members only brush their damn teeth once a day and never have cavities, are dentsits just trying to lure you in by thinking brushing your teeth actually helps prevent cavities, when it actually does cause them.

Anyways sorry for going off topic, My main question is,
When is the best time to use Act Mouthwash, is it ok to use it right after brushing the teeth in the morning and at night?

Thanks

Hi, I have the same problem as you. I brush my teeth both morning and night, and sometimes after meals, I also floss and use antiseptic mouthwash, yet every time I go to the dentist, i'm told I have cavities. On the other hand, my little brother who has to be dragged kicking and screaming to the bathroom to brush his teeth, NEVER has cavities. lol It's crazy, but true. I've heard it might be due to genetics, and it's frustrating I know, but don't give up. Just keep doing the best you can to take care of your teeth. I recently started using ACT mouthwash, and I think it's fine to use it after you brush your teeth at night; that's what I do. Remember, you are only supposed to use it once a day though. I haven't been to the dentist since I started using it, but I have to go for my teeth cleaning in a few weeks, so we shall see if ACT is doing the trick. I sure hope so, and hope it helps you as well. Good luck and hang in there!
