White spots.?!

Question:

White spots.?

On thurs. I had one of my wisdom teeth pulled. The open area where the tooth was is a little sore but not much if I take some Ibprophin, but I noticed when I looked at it today that on the gums below the hole, as well as the back of the jaw, where the curve is from top to bottom teeth there are white patches. What is this and why? Should I be worried?

its not the stitches, and its def. the skin or gums that is white, but it doesnt look like a canker sore, its just white gum small patch x 2 and I dont think its dry socket either as I do not have much pain ususally only slight pain till I take some Ibprophin.

I guess also looking at it again there is a white patch on the inside of my mouth next to the missing tooth to. And also I have a sore throat but its not bad either I dont know if that has anything to do with it. I looked at my throat its a bit red but no white patches at all.
