Can i use crest white strips...while using crest night effects at night?
like use the strips 2 times a day....
and then use crest white strips at night? or will it mess up the process of the white strips..

It wouldn't matter if you use both. All those white strips are is hydrogen peroxide, so if you want to save yourself money, just brush with regular hydrogen peroxide and you'll get the same results. I actually got better results from hydrogen peroxide in a bottle than those expensive white strips. The best procedure to get a very white smile is to first floss very well, then brush with ordinary hydrogen peroxide, then brush with a decent toothpaste.
