Brush than listerine =] is it the same?!
Question: i have braces and i absoloutely hate threading the floss through, and the floss threader doesnt go through a couple teeth, so i was wondering.
does listerine or mouthwash actually work as well as flossing cause if so, i would rather do that, but im not sure because sometimes it feels like there is still food there
if not is there anything easierr?

Flossing will dig out trapped food particles, but just using a mouthwash after brushing is not as effective as using floss. Of course, with braces, it is very difficult to use floss.
You might like to consider buying an oral irrigator. It will shoot a jet of water between the teeth, around the braces, etc., and it will flush out trapped food particles. I highly recommend them, and I'm attaching a link with information about the one that I have (although there are other manufacturers). There is also a small flossing machine (link also attached) and this helps making flossing easier.
no it doesn't work the same. floss gets in between your teeth and cleans out those little spaces, listerine just kind of rinses and refreshes.
not the same....mouthwash will not remove the small particles...use the floss
no, you floss to get the plaque off from in between the teeth where the brush cannot reach. plaque is a sticky bacteria and has to be removed by a brushing or scraping motion. Rinses will not remove the plaque. unfortunately with braces, the threader is the only solution.
