just don't let yourself go to bed until you brush your teeth. that helped me out, cause i LOVE to sleep, and i will do anything to go to sleep. =]

I guess you have to imagine what will happen to them many decades from now. The image (if very vivid) will probably scare you into brushing them twice a day at least! lol

You have to want to take care of your teeth. Making it a point to start and keep it as a habit. Set an alarm on your cell phone that goes off daily, even if it is for 8 or 9 you're still brushing your teeth. Don't you wash your face or use the rest room before you go to bed? Do it then.

Hm. Barrister, interesting. Hm. Okay you could enlarge this picture and tape it to your mirror and entitle it "My future if I continue to neglect my teeth". And truly like anything practice does make perfect. Just do it every morning and night without fail and before you know it's a habit.

Think of what life will be like when your teeth hurt too bad to eat right, ect... Teeth are made to last a lifetime, but only if you take care of them.

I actually struggle with this same thing. every morning I brush them because I don't want to have stinky breath but at night i am lazy. I actually made a chart that I have to check off every night. It sounds dumb but it really helped me.

Cavities,
gum disease,
gingivitis,
halitosis,
root canals
false teeth
The sound of Dentist's drill
Anymore Questions!!!

all the above and dont forget the PAINFUL toothaches! that may occur if cavities form on the teeth.

If you're too tired to brush your teeth, then you should do it a little earlier in the evening. For example, wash your face, brush and floss a half an hour before bed. Then relax and watch tv. (If this is what you do right before bed)
