ITs trauma to your mouth, all of your teeth are going to feel it. Think about all the tools they put in your mouth in order to extract them. I got mine out like two weeks ago, don't worry, its normal that there will be some sensitivity. Think about when you have a cut or a bruise on the outside, the area around it is a bit sensitive as well until it completely heals.
If it persists for more than a month after, try using Sensodyne toothpaste. It works like a charm, my family uses it and loves it.
