It's just a suction pump/air compressor, nothing special. My Granddaddy had one I had to replace, we got it at Sears.

There are different names, some depending on the particular size and shape of the tool. Suction, saliva ejector, Yankauer or tonsil tip suction, to name a few. They are used in hospitals as well.
