My bands on braces are yellow. ew.?
YEH. omg its so disguting. how do i get ride of that. do i ask them when i get my braces tightened on july 12th for them to change the bands. i got white ones, which i never knew they would turn yellowy. i ate a curry before-hand. i think thats the problem.

Yeah, had exactly the same thing myself. Prevent it happening next time by choosing a different colour (dark colours do not stain as easily). I personally go for dark blue now.
Ring up your ortho and explain it, more than likely they will allow you to go for a quick appointment to change them (or at least my ortho allows this.)
