I've heard baking soda works.

I never tried it myself, but my grandma swears by it.

just brush your teeth 5 times a day with special toothpaste like crest toothpaste. i think the white strips hurt your teeth bc they are sensitive. drink milk & brush your teeth then try the creststrips again.

My mother was a model and back in the day would use Hydrogen Peroxide. Not sure if that would hurt, she didn't seem to think it was painful.

brush teeth with salt, then toothpaste.

First of all make sure you are brushing them 2-3 times a day. Be careful what mouthwash you use as some intense mouthwashes can stain your teeth. Things like red wine, fizzy drinks, smoking and coffee or tea can stain your teeth.

A good home remedy for whitening teeth is to mix in some bicarbonate of soda in with your toothpaste. Use this for a few days and you should see a difference.

But the main thing is discolouration of your teeth could be caused by some sort of medical or dental problem, so book in to your dentist and ask their advice.

well i sort of have the same problem. Use bicarbonate of soda. but that might hurt it might not. maybe your teeth are sensitive like mine. But anyway, I recommend you use bicarbonate of soda. try it and let me know. Hope I could Help!

Baking sodais like the magic in a box arm and power baking soda.... I mix it wil water to make a thick substance and then apply to your teeth leave it for about 5-10 minutes do it once a week and it works likea charm its amazing! i saw results after the first time i did it!

baking soda, but the whitening agents make ur teeth pouros so they trap more color, try the soda & toothpast e but start cuttign back on cokes and coffee

My teeth are very senstive and responded the same way to all those types of strips! I use the listerine plus whitening and a crest whitening tooth paste twice a day. It has worked just takes longer than the strips would. Some do use hydrogen peroxide it certainly is cheap, but I wouldnt recommend it because it can alter the bacteria flora that is normally in your mouth (the good bacteria!) and cause a yeast infection to set in.

Any whitening strips will hurt if you use them to often. Some people expierence sensitivity after 2 or 3 days of use. If that happens, stop whitening and use a tooth paste for sensitivity. The Listerne white strips are great and they disolve after about 10mins or so on your teeth. IF your teeth are turning colors, stay away from Teas, sodas, coffee or red wines. If you do drink any of those, brush as soon as you are done.

well the whitestrips defenitely work it prob hurtss cause ur teeth are sensitive or because ur not use to them
o could also you bakind soda , brusing your teeth 2-3 times day/after you eat w a whiteening toothpaste, and try brushing a strawberry like once a week kinda helps =]
