When you first get braces, is it normal for you to feel like you have a very sore throat?
I just got braces, expander included, like yesterday. Today, I woke up, and my throat hurt very badly. It still does. Is this normal, or connected with the braces, or do I just have a sore throat?

i had a sore throat after i got mine but not too bad. all that stuff in ur mouth takes some getting used to. i also get a sorta sore throat after tightenings sometimes.
