Not unless you are a dental professional or the dentist makes you some really bad dentures.
I am a dental assistant and I can tell if someone has dentures. I look at them everyday. But ask around to make sure you go to a good dentist. If they offer same day dentures they usually don't turn out to well. A decent dentist will take at least one ore two try-in appointments where you can look at the teeth before they finish them. It's worth the wait! You will have to live with them for may years.
